• Salary: $4500 - $5000
Job Responsibilities
• Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the drafting department for the preparation, submission, and approval of shop and as-built drawings
• Schedule, plan and execution of new projects.
• Organizing and motivating a project team (tender to completion).
• Oversee the construction team and planning of project budgetary.
• Manage manpower activity and resource planning.
• Conduct performance assessment for all assigned teams under your care.
• Conduct bi-weekly or monthly (where applicable), management the execution of construction works, including monitoring work progress and quality and progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Relevant working experience in Electrical Project.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or trade cert.
- experience in leading construction projects from initiation to closure.
