The Role
- Learning and Talent Management Lead for Convenience and Group Tech / Legal - partner with HRBP on Talent Reviews; identify functional learning needs
- Develop and execute learning content for functional training; develop planning for Band 7 Talents; supplement Talent Development for portfolio
- Manage in Store Learning for Convenience
- Overall responsibility for commercial competencies/ learning across all formats
- Development coach for senior leaders across formats
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Relevant certifications in leadership development or coaching is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management and Learning
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
