Job Description
- Channel Development & Management - Establish, nurture, and optimise relationships with distributors, local salespeople, and partners across Southeast Asia and beyond to expand market reach.
- Strategic Planning - Develop and implement channel strategies, including setting sales targets, managing pricing, and ensuring alignment with regional business goals in collaboration with local sales teams.
- Performance Monitoring & Support - Track partner and local sales performance, provide training, and offer sales support to ensure all teams are equipped to effectively promote and sell the company's products.
- Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification - Work closely with local salespeople to identify new business opportunities, assess potential markets, and lead initiatives to introduce products in emerging regions outside of SEA.
The Successful Applicant
- Comfortable with an individual contributor, including regional travel of about 50% of the time across SEA markets as a focus region
- About 6 years of B2B work experience in Channel Sales development and management
- Strong contact network in the Process Instruments, Test & Measurement, HVAC sectors is a plus to understand and breakdown the technical jargons to relevant stakeholders across the industries
