Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting duties including bookkeeping, handling receivables and payables, maintaining general ledgers and preparing accounting schedules, etc
- Handle daily cash/bank transactions and bank reconciliation
- Assist in debt collection
- Support audit and tax filings
- Reconcile intercompany transactions
- Support the operational teams in maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel, MS Words and computerized accounting systems
