Manager, Talent Success & Business Development (CEI certified, 360, retail industry)
Our client is looking for highly motivated, self-driven, and creative individuals and team players with an entrepreneurial mindset. Keeping abreast of marketing trends, new technologies, emerging digital tools and platforms, and share insights with the rest of the team.
Job Description:
- Support in data mining, getting leads, identifying opportunities and recommending services to meet client’s needs
- Generate and develop new clients by making cold calls/and generating leads independently (F2F visit or phone), professional networking
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Identifying key decision-makers and leveraging opportunities to promote and cross-sell our services
- Negotiate agreement terms with clients to fulfil the company’s objectives and sales goals
- Sharing market insights and tabulating monthly sales reports with the team
- Work in conjunction with other Talent Consultants and Training Team
- Able to support sales presentations and build good relationships with Clients and Talents
- Support event planning, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
- Support collaborations and partnerships with schools, external vendors, suppliers etc
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
- CEI Licensed
- Knowledge & experience in the retail and retail industry
- Strategic and analytical thinker, team player
- Result-oriented and Sales driven with the ability to cope with challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collectively as a team
