Job Objectives/Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Executive, he/she is required to ensure customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met. He/she oversees the customer support department’s day-to-day functions as well as establishes standards and protocols to be used by the customer service team to promote customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities/Duties:
· Prepare quotations and submit to customers
· Handling/processing of customer sales order
· Monitoring of delivery status
· Logistic arrangement/coordination for local and overseas shipment
· To support sales personnel in new project coordination
· Supporting sales team in processing documentation for sales
· Ensure customer satisfactory are met
· Coordinating with internal department on job orders and requirement
· Follow standard operating procedures
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
