As a Tester, you will be responsible for the following:
• Mobile App Testing (iOS/Android): Strong hands-on experience in testing mobile applications, including functional, usability, and compatibility testing.
• Manual Testing: Expertise in executing manual test cases to ensure the app behaves as expected under various conditions.
• Automation Testing: Experience with mobile automation testing tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium).
• Bug Tracking and Reporting: Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar for logging and tracking defects.
• Test Case Design: Ability to create and maintain detailed test cases, plans, and scripts tailored to mobile app features.
• Cross-Platform Testing: Experience in testing mobile apps across various devices, operating systems, and screen resolutions.
• Regression Testing: Familiarity with performing regression testing on mobile apps after updates and bug fixes.
• API Testing: Knowledge of testing APIs and integrating them with mobile apps using tools like Postman.
• Performance Testing: Understanding of performance, stress, and load testing for mobile applications.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with developers and product teams in sprints.
• Security and Privacy Compliance: Awareness of mobile app security best practices, including data encryption and authentication standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in mobile or web app development.
- Proven experience working on healthcare-related projects (advantageous).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or other process mapping tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
