Production operations
- Operates the machines & robots as per the global best practices & Standard operating procedures to deliver fragrance oils or application samples as per the business priorities & the due delivery dates
- Ensures compliance with Good manufacturing practices guidelines for each robot operation
- Performs the first level of maintenance and simple repairing operations (Nominal values, clean up part of machine ....) as per the global Standard operating procedures
QHSS&E
- Ensures all operations are done in compliance with Corporate HSS&E procedures and proactively contributes to the improvement of laboratory safety
- Maintains a clean and well-organized work environment
- Ensures all samples produced meet the quality standards as per the global SOPs before releasing the samples
- Reports any non conformance to the laboratory supervisor or manager, proposes and tests solutions
- May be a QHSS&E champion
Stock management
- Manages the stocks & ensures permanent availability and freshness of raw materials, packagings and consumables
Continuous improvement and efficiency
- Adopts a culture of continuous improvement, and actively participates in LEAN projects
- Operates with a team spirit mindset and supports the colleagues under high workload situations
- Identifies operational inefficiencies and propose actions using lean Management principles and guidelines
Leadership
- Contribute to team success – Active participation to move the team toward the completion of collective success
- Train Junior technicians
Monitoring of performance
- Understands and monitors the KPIs with all digital tools to deliver local site targets for automation ratio, Service rate and Punctuality rate
