Job Responsibilities:
· Maximising sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
· Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting commitment to our customer, providing initiative excellent customer service
· Understand and manage product knowledge and be responsible for store team members
· Assess customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business
· Process incoming and outgoing merchandisensibility for loss prevention compliance within store
· Work non-traditional hours on weekends and holidays
· Deliver extraordinary service to customers
· Effective & Efficient Team player
· Inventory management and maintenance according to company guidelines
· Always keep up-to-date with promotional events and sales
· Handle customer questions, complaints and issues
· Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets
· Maintain good housekeeping standards, abide all operational procedures and upkeep Company’s image
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual
· Strong customer service mentality, proactive and willing to learn attitude
· Good team player with positive personality
· Able to perform retails operational hours which includes weekends and public holidays
· Assisting and supporting the Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor is required
· Minimum 1 or 2 years relevant working experience
· Able to work island wide in rotation, retail hours, weekends and public holidays
