What To Expect:
- End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications that support critical government services.
- Quality Improvement: Enhance software quality by practicing Scrum methodologies such as code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners (PO) and Business Analysts (BA) to refine user stories and ensure that requirements are clear and achievable.
- Support QA and DevOps: Assist QA teams with test automation, bug fixes, and support DevOps with build and release automation.
- Documentation: Prepare interface specifications, architecture documents, and adhere to best practices outlined in the Software Craftsmanship Manifesto.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience as a software engineer or equivalent role. Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in cloud-native technologies.
Strong understanding of Clean Code principles, Design Patterns, and Unit Testing.
Familiarity with multi-paradigm programming languages.
Experience with Java Spring Framework, Angular, Apache Spark, Data Engineering, or ETL processes will be advantageous.
Knowledge of designing and developing applications in AWS cloud environments (RDS, Glue, Lambda, MSK) is a plus. - Agile & UX Experience: Prior experience working in an Agile and UX-focused environment is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
