HR Operations
- Manage HR systems, personnel files, and interview scheduling.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding and career portal.
- Handle visa/pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Prepare employment-related letters and support annual compensation reviews.
- Address ad-hoc HR queries.
Payroll
- Process monthly payroll, submit CPF and SDL.
- Handle payroll correspondence and generate reports.
- Manage tax filings and clearances.
Benefits
- Participate in staff welfare programs.
- Manage leave records and staff insurance, including claims.
Other Administrative Responsibilities
- Organize performance review meetings.
- Handle lawyer registration processes and government claims.
- Support Senior HR Manager and HR Manager with administrative tasks and projects.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in HR Operations and Payroll processing is a must
- Prior experience from Law Firm/ Professional services
