Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders in the conceptualization, planning and implementation of new visitor products, services and experiences.
- Assist in day-to-day management and implementation of projects as well as communications with business & project partners including consultants, contractors and government agencies;
- Source and identify as well as conduct project feasibility studies for Group’s potential business opportunities;
- Assist in coordinating projects and activities including scheduling and completion of work assignments;
- Maintain project documentation and provide administrative support for presentations, reports, meetings and communications;
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Fresh graduated or any qualification in Communications, Business, Tourism or related discipline.
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Project Management or Tourism.
- In-depth knowledge of the current trends, new media solutions & retail business in the tourism sector is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to operate within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administration skills.
- Able to work independently and make judgment calls whenever required with the ability to multi-task.
- Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is preferred.
