About Our Client

Job Description
- Create quotations for customers, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes and guidelines.
- Provide support to the Sales team (ie. deal structures, review of purchase contract terms).
- LOC Management - Prepare, review, and process Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Manage order acceptance procedures and enquiries with customers directly (via phone call, email etc) to address any customer service issues.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and collaborate across regional departments (eg. Sales, Factories, Finance, Legal, Logistics etc) with regards to order modifications, shipment and/or payment activities etc.
The Successful Applicant
- About 3 years of B2B work experience in Sales Administration
- Proficient in Oracle R12 or other relevant order management software is required to conduct the management of order life cycle processes
- Comfortable with a customer-facing position (ie. answer enquiries, negotiation of contractual terms, etc) and supporting the Sales team which members are based across various regions
