Our client is one of the leading food and agriculture trading firms, known for its stable and friendly working environment. They are currently seeking an experienced L1-L2 Technical Support Engineer. The ideal applicant will provide general BAU IT support to internal users.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and the following technical skills:
Must
- Minimum of 2+ years of L1-L2 technical support experience in a large corporate infrastructure (250 user environment).
- Support experience in Windows 7 &10, Mac OSX, patch management, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar , Office 365 and essential applications such as Microsoft Office.Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner configuration.
- L2 level troubleshooting for LAN/WAN/MPLS. Basic administration knowledge of systems and servers, phone systems, and wireless infrastructure related to the network.
- Experience in troubleshooting all office network-related issues, such as switches and WIFI
