We are looking for a meticulous individual to help with administrative work and exercise due dilligence in the Financial Industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks related to representatives, including transfer administration and representative code management.
- Assist in organizing and supporting company events.
- Conduct fit and proper due diligence assessments for candidates.
- Perform periodic assessments of existing representatives to ensure compliance.
- Perform any other general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and activities as assigned
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Resourceful, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, work well under pressure, and stay agile in a fast-paced environment
