Tescom is a software testing and quality assurance technology consulting firm offering a range of professional services. We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executiveto focus on our growth in the private sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in the execution of the company’s sales strategy.
- Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities, with a focus on the private sector.
- Identify opportunities from various tender and RFP-related portals.
- Attend tender briefings.
- Respond to tenders and RFPs by building estimations, calculating budgets, and writing proposals, statements of work, contracts, and quotations.
- Conduct sales pitches to potential clients.
- Surpass sales targets in the acquisition of new clients and overall sales growth.
- Establish and expand business relationships.
- Maintain a CRM database.
- Maintain a Sales Dashboard.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing or Technology field.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a sales B2B role in a technology, or consulting firm.
- Able to demonstrate achievements in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Very good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality, good team player and positive attitude.
- Good networking and business development skills.
