We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to oversee and enhance our e-commerce operations. This role will be responsible for managing multiple online marketplaces, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and driving sales growth across our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Oversee the company's presence on various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Fresh, RedMart, NTUC Online, Shoppe, q0010, Grab & Foodpanda Mart). Ensure listings are optimized, inventory levels are maintained, and customer inquiries are promptly addressed.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop, propose, and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate e-commerce strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. Implement strategies to boost sales, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers. Address and resolve any issues related to online orders, returns, or customer feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, inventory, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of e-commerce strategies.
