Work Location: Jewel Changi, Wheelock Place (5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in women's fashion and be able to provide styling advice and recommendations to customers.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit or accessories for any occasion.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and ensuring that displays are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to continually enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting inventory counts, and replenishing stock as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate any issues to management as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail
- Presentable, energetic, self motivated and a team player
- Able to commit retails hours (i.e. shift work, weekends and public holidays)
- People-oriented and possess a positive working attitude
