Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled IT System Engineer to support and develop our in-house warehouse management system. This role requires close collaboration with the Japan HQ to manage system installations, updates, and request modifications tailored to the needs of the Singapore warehouse. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including PCs, printers, servers, routers, security cameras, and other peripheral equipment.
- Develop and maintain the in-house warehouse management system.
- Communicate with Japan HQ regarding system updates, installations, and modification requests based on the local warehouse requirements.
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, servers, routers, security cameras, and related peripherals).
- Ensure network stability and perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues as needed.
- Meet clients and customers to provide occasional support in explaining the technical aspects of the warehouse management system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues related to the warehouse system.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information system or any other related field
- Might required to standby for emergency cases/troubleshooting
