Description
- Train housekeepers on cleaning procedures and ensure quality standards are met.
- Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Create and maintain work schedules, including finding replacements when needed.
- Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Participate in deep cleaning projects as required.
- Ensure all areas comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with cleaning and maintenance in a commercial setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) a plus.
