Job Summary:
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for executing process design, preparing calculations, and reviewing process design drawings in accordance with customer specifications and industry standards. You will play a crucial role in designing industrial plants such as petrochemical refineries, and guiding the engineering team through feasibility studies, FEED, and detail engineering design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process design work for major projects in feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed engineering.
- Execute tender preparation and project execution for EPC/EPCm projects.
- Develop key project deliverables like specifications, PFDs, P&IDs, and operational manuals.
- Perform simulations and process calculations to ensure optimal project execution.
- Design key industrial equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers, compressors, and pumps.
- Conduct and/or attend design reviews, HAZOP, IPF, SIL studies, and 3D model reviews.
- Provide support during the construction and commissioning phase at project sites.
- Manage manhours, schedules, and coordination with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical sector.
Skills:
- Proficient in process simulation tools like PRO/II, HYSYS, and HTRI.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and reports.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
