- Work with Architects assisting with various projects
- Help to plan, design buildings, technical, tender, and administration of the project(s) leading to its completion
- Work on design drawings
- Assist in reviewing project proposals and specs
- Help with compiling required drawing paperwork and documents for submission to Authority
- Help coordinate details of architectural projects
- Assisting with project management, site coordination & client management for construction projects assigned to you.
Requirements
- Singapore citizen
- A degree in Architecture is a requirement from a recognized University
- minimal working experience is welcome
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software e.g Revit
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Bilingual due to liaison with China contractors and suppliers
