- Working days: 5 days (Including Weekend)
- Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm
- Location: Near Island Wide
Responsibilities:
* Travel to customers’ homes to install and troubleshoot smart lock products.
* Provide product training to customers and test lock functionality after installation.
* Follow a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
* Ensure that locks are installed or repaired to meet company standards and specifications.
* Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately.
* Maintain and replenish equipment and spares for daily operation needs
* Upkeep of Company vehicle
* Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company
Requirements:
* Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
* Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license
* At least 1 year of experience in lock installations preferred.
* Willingness to fulfill urgent and ad-hoc appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
