Responsibilities:
· Handle administrative duties involving inventory control, invoice processing and pricing update
· Coordinate with 3rd party logistic and warehouse on tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
· Send notification to stores on when goods are ready to order
· Assist in generating weekly and monthly department related reports
· Handle retail outlets and online enquiry
· Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Well versed in Microsoft office, especially Excel. Good worksheets skills like lookup to generate structured reports
· Skilled in Photoshop/Illustrator is a good tool to have for needed alterations
· Able to communicate with intermediate writing skills for the bilingual languages ie Mandarin and English, in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking supplier
