Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR systems and maintain personnel files.
- Manage interview arrangements.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departures.
- Handle visa and employment pass applications, renewals, and record maintenance.
- Process monthly payroll and assist with tax filings.
- Manage staff welfare programs and insurance claims.
- Organise performance review meetings.
- Assist HR team with projects and compliance tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably in HR or Business Administration.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR operations, ideally within a law firm or professional services.
- Payroll processing experience.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations; Times Software knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Strong spoken and written communication in English with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
