Job Description
- Manage a complete set of accounts independently for a client portfolio.
- Support the Assistant Director and collaborate with team members on various accounting tasks.
- Prepare and/or review management accounts (monthly, quarterly, annually), financial
statements, related schedules, and XBRL financial statements promptly.
- Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of quarterly GST returns.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities (such as ACRA & IRAS)
- Undertake other ad-hoc projects or responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
- ACCA/degree/diploma in Accountancy with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
- Comfortable in managing a diverse client portfolio from various industries.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xero and ABSS/MYOB preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- 9am to 6pm, upto 20 days annual leaves, variable bonus
- Salary upto $4,600/month
