- Manage the reception counter and front desk support (e.g. handling enquiries, calls & walk-ins)
- Recording and distribution of mails
- Assist in general administrative and data entry duties
- Assist in stationery inventory management
- Accept mails/goods and ensure prompt routing to the staff
- Printing jobs and issuing of stationery to staff
- Maintain stock of office stationery
- Clerical duties such as survey collation, data entry, filing, minutes-writing
- Any other duties as assigned
