THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for Investment Analysts (IAs) to join our Global Investment Services (GIS) team in Singapore. Our team is responsible for portfolio management and providing advisory services to our clients across Asia. We leverage our global expertise across multiple asset classes to provide research-driven recommendations and advice to our clients and build custom portfolios catered to their individual needs, circumstances, and priorities. You will work with a variety of clients ranging from endowments to private clients. You will be exposed to different client portfolios that touch a variety of asset classes including public equities, fixed income, hedge funds, and private investments. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide high quality investment advice, portfolio management and client servicing for our clients. We value opinions from all members of the team and each client team works closely to brainstorm and debate investment ideas. In addition to portfolio management and advisory work, GIS IAs may also participate in the firm’s business development efforts in the region and manager research in certain niche or client-driven verticals.
As an IA, you will be challenged with competing priorities and deadlines, and a fast-paced learning environment but we enable you to thrive given a strong tradition of collaboration and mentorship in the team. Your development in CA begins with an in-depth orientation and training program and you will have access to structured mentorship programs as well as ongoing structured training programs as you grow within the firm. A successful IA would possess a high degree of competency in both quantitative and qualitative skillsets over time that allows him/her the knowledge to perform in-depth investment analysis via our internal analytics and modeling tools, contribute to team discussions around investment ideas and articulate advice and recommendations to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Investment Portfolio Management
- Participate in the development and/or periodic review of asset allocation, investment strategy and portfolio construction for client portfolios
- Prepare regular portfolio review and recommendation materials for our clients’ investment committees and/or other staff
- Participate in the critical evaluation and selection of investment managers for virtually all asset classes, including alternative investments such as venture capital, private equity, private credit and hedge funds
- Prepare and draft investment recommendations related to the hiring or firing of investment managers
- Participate in investment manager meetings and assist in the manager research process
- Perform quantitative analysis related to asset allocation, risk monitoring, and performance attribution
- Liaise with the Client Reporting Group in the preparation of clients’ performance reports
- Answer clients’ questions and requests on an ad-hoc basis
Business Development
- Work closely with the Investment Directors in the Singapore office to support business development efforts in the region. This includes liaising with the Global Business Development (GBD) team to coordinate resources and support, responding to RFPs from prospects, and preparing presentation materials for a pitch

Skills:
- A demonstrated interest in investments, including alternative investments such as hedge funds and private equity / venture capital / private credit, and the capital markets
- Familiarity with computer databases and spreadsheets, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Shows good initiative and a curiosity to learn
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, keen eye for detail, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any major) with a record of high academic achievement
- Fresh graduates and individuals with 0-5 years of work experience are welcomed to apply
