Job Title: Temp Administrative Assistant
Location: Redhill (near MRT)
Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension or conversion to permanent)
Working Hours: 5 days a week (Office Hours)
Salary:
- $1,980 for O/N/A Level holders or Polytechnic Undergrads
- $2,580 for Diploma Holders or University Undergrads
- $3,160 for Degree/Honours/Masters holders
Role Summary:
The Temp Administrative roles involve providing general administrative support to various departments, with responsibilities varying slightly depending on the role level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings and co-ordinate logistics.
- Filing & Record Management: Assist with simple filing and maintaining records as needed.
- Email Correspondence: Handle simple emails and communication tasks.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for meetings or events.
- Reports: Send standard emails requesting input from various business units (BUs), follow up, and collate responses.
- Research & Compilation: Research and compile information for reports or presentations when required.
