HR Senior Executive, Shared Services (Partial Remote)

This role reports to the CEO. The successful candidate will be the point of contact with our clients/internal team for providing support in all HR matters and to support global projects.


He/she will render qualified consulting advise to build trusting relationship with our clients and to provide HR administrative support on all HR functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of transactional activities within the Human Resources function.
  • Provide recruitment support to our clients such as conducting e-interviews and shortlisting candidates for client interviews, coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
  • Initiate new hires on-boarding process in cloud HR software. Handle the entire new hire onboarding process which includes issuance of employment contract, collection of employment related documents, support work passes application (if required) including pre-employment checks and initiating onboarding on HR cloud systems.
  • Provide support for a range of HR administrative processes not limited to clients’ employee related letters such as employment certification and confirmation letters etc. Monitor process of the new hire confirmation.
  • Manage our client’s employee’s benefits and including claims (NS claims, maternity / paternity / childcare leave claims etc.
  • Responsible for monthly & ad hoc payroll processing and monthly government statutory submission for our clients including processing yearly income tax clearance and filing and not limited to IR21.
  • Proactively maintain accurate and timely employee data and maintenance of e-records by validating data on HR cloud systems including employee leave records.
  • Attend to HR related queries from external clients.
  • Support our clients’ yearly salary review exercise including preparation of employee letters due to salary revision.
  • Assist with the filing of government support training grants for clients as and when required.
  • Handle other HR administrative functions includes renewal of the company insurance plan, etc.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as and when required.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline (not limited to HR faculty)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience specialized in HR & payroll
  • Proficient in HR cloud software (Justlogin) is an added advantage.
  • Good working knowledge with Employment Act and tools.
  • Excellent Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively and cope with stress
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, detailed oriented, accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate with supervisory skills will have an added advantage
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality at all time and able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Willing to travel as and when required
  • Reporting to CEO
