This role is responsible for supporting the administrative functions and maintaining an efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily maintenance of office operations/facilities to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers for timely support and service.
- Identify and address any office defects promptly to ensure safety and functionality.
- Gather and analyze feedback from team members to develop actionable plans for improvements.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing workplace efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain and update digital screens with relevant information and announcements.
- Manage key access and assist with any key-related inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with the Finance department on asset tagging and inventory management.
- Ensure timely allocation of seating for new hires based on the office layout and floor plan updates.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong adminnistrative and office maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
