Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Update and maintain the company website.
  • Write and proofread marketing materials, ensuring alignment with SLO's branding.
  • Coordinate with designers and vendors for timely delivery of marketing collateral.
  • Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and identifying potential sponsors.

Event Coordination

  • Support planning and executing marketing strategies for events such as concerts and outreach programs.
  • Coordinate event logistics with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in preparing post-event reports.

Administrative Support

  • Manage database entries and keep accurate records of marketing activities.
  • Organise marketing inventory, including promotional materials and event supplies.
  • Archive marketing collateral and relevant documents for future reference.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • ITE Certificate or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a small company. Fresh graduates will be considered.
  • A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of website CMS and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with design software like Photoshop, Canva, or similar is an advantage.
  • A keen interest in the arts and a desire to promote western opera in Singapore.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Occasional work outside these hours may be required for events, with off-in-lieu granted at Management’s discretion.
