Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling.
- Update and maintain the company website.
- Write and proofread marketing materials, ensuring alignment with SLO's branding.
- Coordinate with designers and vendors for timely delivery of marketing collateral.
- Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and identifying potential sponsors.
Event Coordination
- Support planning and executing marketing strategies for events such as concerts and outreach programs.
- Coordinate event logistics with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in preparing post-event reports.
Administrative Support
- Manage database entries and keep accurate records of marketing activities.
- Organise marketing inventory, including promotional materials and event supplies.
- Archive marketing collateral and relevant documents for future reference.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- ITE Certificate or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a small company. Fresh graduates will be considered.
- A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of website CMS and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with design software like Photoshop, Canva, or similar is an advantage.
- A keen interest in the arts and a desire to promote western opera in Singapore.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Occasional work outside these hours may be required for events, with off-in-lieu granted at Management’s discretion.
