Job Description:
Ø Provides support to Management staff to ensure that work functions operate as seamlessly as possible
Ø Accounts mgmt - Invoicing, Payments, Emailing Quotations, etc.
Ø HR management - Assisting in Payroll, Work Pass applications/renewal, CPF payment, Enrolling staff for training courses - Core-trade & Multi-skill applications
Ø Office Administration - Ordering office and operational supplies, processing & filing of documents, Handles incoming/outgoing correspondence effectively
Ø Staff Welfare – Medical benefits & Claims
Ø Other works - Online Applications, ordering goods, etc
Ø Handle phone calls & perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Ø Minimum A Level or higher, or relevant qualification/experience
Ø Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Ø Independent & able to work fast.
Ø Performs duties in a confident and ethical manner
Ø Positive attitude with sincere attitude
Ø Works well under pressure
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office
Who we are
Deep Blue Homes/Concepts was started by 2 close friends. Between them, they have more than 26 years in building and renovation. They understood the need for conscientious planning, diligent management of work and forward thinking. Currently, our focus in building quality landed residential properties like semi-detached houses, terrace & bungalow projects.
They starting out developing their own projects, but quickly realized in order to get better quality control and improved scheduling of the projects, they needed to minimize the reliance on the 3rd party sub-contractors.
Also, in order to reduce costs without compromising on quality, they needed to weed out the middle man, and even reduce the participation of various consultants, by building up an in-house capability and obtaining the required know-how. This passion and self determination has lead Deep Blue Homes to project confidence to our potential customers and has lead to constant referrals by existing customers.
Deep Blue Homes/Concepts has leveraged on the basic values like accountability, discipline and a close attention to detail, to build a loyal customer base. Our work includes design, construction and renovation services, in both residential and commercial projects.
