Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage IT projects, budgets, and resources to maximize ROI.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing IT team.

Technological Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
  • Leverage technology to improve customer experience and competitive advantage.

Risk Management and Security:

  • Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.

Infrastructure and Operations:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Oversee system administration, database management, and data security.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of IT systems.

Team Development and Leadership:

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor IT team members.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the IT team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Vendor Management:

  • Establish and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions.
