Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
Our client manages the development of projects for Airports - responsible for the core functions of passenger terminal design, capacity planning, and the development of major airport infrastructure. They also manage the operations, maintenance and improvement of airport infrastructure, specialised systems and terminal facilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out site inspections, in-indoor (50%) and outdoor (50%) environment
- To write work specifications, call quotation, evaluate and recommend for award
- Work with tenants and stakeholders
- Oversee minor A&A works involving civil and M&E and procurement work
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management
- Class 3A driving licence (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar environment
