Job Description
- Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks for electrical systems and air conditioning units.
- Conduct preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to defects and customer complaints.
- Undertake any additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a facilities management environment.
- Possess a Professional Certificate or ITE/NTC certification in Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Facilities Management.
