Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Payroll (Staff & Workers) (Approximately 120++)
- Application/Termination/renewal of work pass
- Training Application
- Maintain,upkeep & update of all personal file & record
- Arrangement of interview
- Attend to employees and workers issue
- MOM Survey
- Maintain company PMET and Quota
- MYE/PA application and update
- Labour management
- Recruitment
- Childcare leave/ NS claim/training funding claim
- IR8A& IR21 submission
- Maintain of annual leaves/Medical leaves
- Preparation of LOA
- Act as DPO Coordinator
- Assist in TOLQ matter
