Job Description
The role is for onsite project support resource to support the DCS Project, Design & Implementation (PDI) team in onsite management and delivering project to completion.
The resource is also required work and communicate with multiple teams within the region over the course of the project.
Responsibilities
Coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met in a timely manner
Supervise site work and ensure quality installation, cable dressing, correct connectivity of power cords (color, phase balancing etc.), site cleanliness including ensuring vendors remove packing material, rubbish etc.
Maintaining of project reports, records, documentations
Provide daily updates to DCS PDI team in the region
Update inventory information onto Nlyte
Verifying as-built document and test reports
Other tasks as assigned by DCS PDI team lead to support the projects Requirements
Minimum 5 years working experience with Data Centers and IT Facilities. Knowledge and prior experience in the following:
Physical racking and un-racking of devices
Structured cabling installation and implementation
Understanding of space, power and cooling
On site project work experience
Experience on cable patching
Strong knowledge in good practices in Data center environment
General understanding and knowledge on M&E system
Familiar and understand change management
Good knowledge in risk management, i.e. understanding risk and escalating timely

Minimum Diploma in IT/Engineering or related field
Experience working with IT Service Management tools (e.g Remedy)
Experience working with Inventory management and / or DCIM tools
