Responsibilities
· Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
· Build and implement a quality assurance framework to support ISAP transversal projects.
· Setup an adhoc governance for each topic to ensure a good coordination and follow-up with the main stakeholders.
· Provide support to the management during governance meeting.
· Backup Head of Department on Business Continuity Plan exercises (BCP), crisis management, permanent control governance, administrative activities etc.
· Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
· Facilitate project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department.
Skills/Requirement
· Minimum 5 Years of Experience in PMO activities or in a project management role
· Minimum 3+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining data models.
· Working in Banking environment and / or international organization will be an advantage.
· Good understanding of an IT organisation and ecosystem
· Highly proficient with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (pivot table), MS Project
· Capability to produce high quality PowerPoints Documents in terms of design and content.
· Advanced Excel (VBA) and Power Point proficiency.
