Scope of Work
1.ICT Training for Students and Staff
- Conduct ICT training to students in Student Enrichment programme.
- The ICT enrichment programme is shown below for reference, but subject to change:

- Provide support to Infocomm Club CCA/ Robotics Club during the weekly CCA sessions.
- Ensure all students undergo training and meet the ICT baseline standards.
- Provide Just-In-Time ICT training for staff.
- Coordination of ICT-related student activities organized or conducted in school.
- Gather and collate feedback from ICT trainings and present report to HOD/ICT.
2. E-Learning
- Conduct training for all staff and students on the use of the e-learning portal.
- Conduct training to existing staff and students if there is any new features in the Learning Management System (LMS) portal.
- Assist teachers in the creation and uploading of e-learning lessons.
- Maintain and manage the school’s e-learning portal.
- Maintain and update the list of user accounts in all e-learning portal.
- Compile report on the usage of the school’s e-learning portal.
3. ICT support for Teachers
- Support teachers in the delivery of ICT-based lessons.
- Support teachers in the use of ICT equipment and applications.
4. Data Management
- Maintain network folders.
- Extraction and presentation of school and student-related data for school report and analysis purposes.
5. Laptops Maintenance and
Troubleshooting
- Assist Desktop Engineer (DE) in maintaining all laptops to be in working condition in the school.
- Provide support to staff and students in hardware and software troubleshooting.
6. ICT Inventory
- Maintain ICT inventory and manage ICT equipment loans and purchases for the school.
7. Publicity
- Maintain school’s website and social media sites with up-to-date information.
- Provide support for school publications, videos, posters etc.
8. Other Tasks
- Attend ICT committee meetings.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Principal, Vice-principals, HOD/ICT, ICT Manager/Associate, Operation and Admin Managers.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- A diploma in the ICT related field of study.
- Knowledge and skills in social media and media design.
- Knowledge and skills in data management software and Google Apps. Certified Google Educator will be an advantage.
- Knowledge and skills in coding.
- Knowledge in inventory management.
- Ability to conduct workshops to students independently.
- 2 years of working experience in MOE school as ICT trainer.
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 5.00pm
- Fridays : 7.30am to 4:30pm
- Service is not required on Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
- Service may be required on some Saturdays:
- Not more than one Saturday per term
- Hours committed will be compensated as time-off based on the same number of hours worked
