Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the internal team in Singapore and engage with customers and consultants daily.
- Prepare project documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Manage Design & Build projects.
- Develop optimized design solutions for various projects.
- Create design drawings, such as Single Line Diagrams and layouts.
- Conduct design calculations, including voltage drop and short-circuit current assessments.
- Support multiple M&E projects simultaneously.
- Lead project meetings and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
- Ensure that all drawings and documents are organized and stored promptly.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in M&E within the construction industry, including LTA projects and mixed-use developments.
- Familiarity with Singapore codes, such as SS638 (CP5), SS650, and SS555.
- Practical experience with AutoCAD drawings is preferred.
- Knowledge of BIM software (Revit/Navisworks) is advantageous.
- Experience in a consultancy role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of professional interaction with all levels both internally and externally.
