As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for designing and presenting customised engineering systems to the company’s prospective clients, ensuring deliverables of the system. You will be contributing in these areas:
Client Account Management:
• Understand the process of microtunneling and its supporting scope, such as polymer concrete pipes, automated lubrication, slurry management, gyro navigation and others.
• Understand customers’ project requirements and assist in designing and proposing suitable solutions.
• Support the team by providing technical information to potential clients.
• Support the team in ensuring all deliverables of the system are achieved during and after setup.
Business Development:
• Source new products (e.g. chemicals, new equipment or parts for relevant industries).
• Explore new market opportunities in the region.
• Seek out and propose joint-venture concepts (i.e. working with other businesses or brands) that may be synergistic with our long-term strategic goals.
