Technical Support and Application Engineer
Location: Bukit Batok
Working Days: 5 Days
Working hours : 9am - 6pm
Salary : SGD2,700-4,000 (not inclusive of transport allowance, bonus/commission)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide post sale and presale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.
- Support technical requests /support, respond to customer queries and issues of our customers over telephone or email.
- Perform feasibility studies and provide solutions to meet customer application needs.
- Conduct product training and presentation to customers
- Work closely with sales team to maintain existing customers’ relationship.
- Using product application knowledge to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechatronics
- Knowledge in PLC, Control/Automation, IOT Knowledge will be added advantage
