As Reliability engineer, you will be championing Risk based asset management system, Maintenance work process & budget and build Engineering capability for the Chemical Manufacturing plant in Singapore. You’ll also collaborate with other functional team to ensure the capabilities are met at global standard.
As a Reliability Engineer – Oilfield Industrial Chemical, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the plant reliability champion by implementation reliability methodologies & lead reliability excellence processes
- Performing root cause failure analysis on equipment failures and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Leading cross functional teams into reliability analysis & reviews using the appropriate reliability tool, validates and deploys equipment strategies & procedures.
- Participating in routines maintenance to ensure maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time with high quality.
- Providing input for annual maintenance budget
- Leading reliability improvement projects
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree in mechanical is preferred.
- Have at least 5 years and above experience in plant reliability knowledge including troubleshooting (Static & Rotating)
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in chemical production environment
- Have teamwork capability.
- Have past or current experience handling preferred vendor.
- Have experience working in multifunctional team.
