Position: Science Laboratory cum Art Assistant
Location: Punggol Primary School
Duration of Service: From 1 January 2025 to 30 November 2025 (excluding June 2025)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (not inclusive of lunch break)
- Workweek: 25 hours
- Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Objective:
To provide operational and maintenance support for the Science Laboratories and Art Rooms, facilitating an effective learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to operational and maintenance matters in Science Laboratories and Art Rooms.
- Operate simple life science equipment as required.
- Prepare and set up equipment for experiments and assist teachers in conducting experiments.
- Prepare materials for Art lessons.
- Maintain and update data records, including stocktaking of resources.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing and typing.
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the school and/or department.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Preferably a GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar capacity in a primary school environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
