Collaborating with senior management to allocate resources, including budget, staff, and technology, to support prioritized IT initiatives.
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT projects and investments, and advising senior management on risk management strategies.
Effectively communicating the value proposition of IT initiatives to senior management, including the potential benefits to the organization and how they align with business objectives.
Monitoring the progress of investments, and providing regular updates to senior management on key milestones, challenges, and successes.
