Responsibilities:
- Study, design, and propose new equipment for NPI and existing products/processes.
- Assess existing equipment for potential modifications to improve OEE.
- Produce detailed drawings of all mechanical parts of new and existing equipment for in-house or outsource fabrication.
- Lead the assembly, installation, testing and commission, prepare documents for I/O/PQ of new equipment.
- Support equipment maintenance team and participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of existing equipment.
- Maintain and control equipment spare parts to ensure continuous operation on the production floor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of industry-related experience in automation machinery.
- Proficient in mechanical designing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong skills in mechanical calculation and troubleshooting.
