Senior HR Administrator

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible in the daily operations of HR and Admin functions.
  2. Responsible in managing job applications, scheduling for interviews, leave management etc.
  3. To support in development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes, programs, and projects.
  4. Work with the cross department leaders and provide support and coaching to deliver actions that will drive people and organization performance to support delivery of organizational growth and business objectives.
  5. Work closely with local government agencies to attract local talents.
  6. Responsible for work passes application/ renewal/ cancellation/ appeals.
  7. Support training and other governmental grants as well as coordinate all training courses and programs for staff.
  8. Maintain and update Company's rules & regulations and 5S best practices.
  9. To drive and maintaining Company culture, team spirit.
  10. To drive employee’s engagement activities of Company event and teambuilding activities.
  11. Taking charge of stationery and pantry supplies.
  12. Upkeep and improve office working environment.
  13. Manage corporate gifting.
  14. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act would be advantageous.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  5. Hands-on, organized, self-driven and detailed oriented.
  6. Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
  7. Able to work long hours and work under tight timelines.
  8. Posses entrepreneur spirit.
  9. Fluent written and spoken communication skills and presentation skills.
