Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst cum Deputy Manager to lead our data analysis team and support the management of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, related to patient care, clinical outcomes, and practice performance, and developing insights to inform business decisions. Additionally, they will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the team and deputize for the Manager as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Analyze patient data, clinical outcomes, and practice performance metrics to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to support GP operations and business decision-making
- Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Leadership and Management:
- Generating data analysis to achieve departmental goals
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the team, including task allocation and prioritization
- Deputize for the Manager as required, making decisions and taking actions in their absence
Clinics Operations:
- Collaborate with doctors, and staff members to understand data requirements and develop insights to improve patient care
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve clinical outcomes and practice performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) or a healthcare-related field (e.g., Public Health, Health Informatics)
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel)
- Understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations
