Duties
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with high integrity, manage P-File, update employee records and maintain proper filing systems.
- Update and maintain employee’s leave matters and personnel records.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding process.
- Prepare HR reports, leave and medical benefits administration.
- Co-ordinate training program with both internal and external stakeholders, to enhance employee skillset and learning development.
- Keep abreast of rapidly changing employment policies and regulations by local government.
- Any other adhoc duties
